We are very excited to share our newest activity at Latrobe Lifeskills Bendigo! Health and Well-being is all about sharing ways participants can look after their own health; whether physical, mental or emotional.
With guidance from Participant Support Workers, participants explore a range of topics including exercise, resilience, advocacy, mental health and what a healthy lifestyle balance may look like. Participants will also learn about resources available to them in the community and how to access them.
Health and Well-being will commence on 18 March and will be delivered Tuesday afternoons, 12:30pm – 3:00pm at Latrobe Lifeskills Bendigo.
