Over the course of four weeks, Latrobe Lifeskills enjoyed its first collaboration with Outdoor and Environmental Education (OEE) students from La Trobe University in Bendigo.
The final session brought everyone together to reflect on the learning and teamwork that took place, with activities including making and cooking damper and creating natural artwork using plant materials.
This inaugural partnership has provided valuable and engaging experiences for Latrobe Lifeskills Participants, and we look forward to continuing to build on this collaboration in the future.
During 2025, Latrobe Lifeskills has hosted 17 placement students across both Bundoora and Bendigo campuses. These placements provide great educational opportunities for both students and Lifeskills participants.
