Customer Service Champions

On Wednesday 16 May, Lifeskills Participants Jess, Lauren and Amanda were awarded as Customer Service Champions for their work at La Trobe University. The ceremony was a celebration of their work and the work of others within the university community. Jess, Lauren and Amanda were nominated by their managers is appreciation of their dedication, hard work and positive attitude they bring and have brought to their roles.

Lifeskills CEO, Douglas Ball,  gave a speech at the opening of the ceremony  and received a Customer Service Champion award also.

A special thank you to Participant Support Worker, Diana Mokbel,  who has provided guidance to Amanda and Lauren while employed with LTU.

This event was a milestone in Lifeskills’ history and will be remembered for years to come.
